"Full service" means having a broad scope of talent and experience to support our deserving clients. This includes writing and sending press releases, talking with appropriate reporters of the most impacting media, and encouraging their attendance at events or a staged press conference.
The History Link pros also follow up with requested facts sheets, interesting corporate stories and applicable photos of the event, in an effort to garner media coverage.
Inviting dignitaries to attend and participate in an event can be time consuming, plus, our team has extensive experience in the proper protocol required to most likely ensure their presence, if they are available. They will also stay in contact, managing all the necessary arrangements for the safety and security of VIP attendees.
At the event, the team will await and recognize the dignitaries, welcome and escort them to the company host.
